Step - 4

• You will see the Mail Server Properties added to the Incoming Mail Servers box as shown in the following screen.
• Now, give your Outgoing Mail Server and your User Name in the second section as described below

Note : Please check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the Outgoing Mail Server Name.

• In our example, mail.satyam.net.in is the Outgoing Mail Server name.

• Click OK.
